Can I Still Have Teeth Whitening if I Have Sensitive Teeth?
Yes. Most people with sensitive teeth can tolerate professional whitening well but if your teeth are more sensitive, a personalised treatment plan can be tailored to you. Treatment strength and timings can be adjusted for comfort and desensitising ingredients combined with controlled whitening techniques to still achieve a noticeable result. Some temporary sensitivity can occur, but it is usually mild and short-lived.

Best suited for ongoing brightness maintenance. Only available to clients who have previously completed whitening at Polish and White. • 1 x 10 mins of 35% hydrogen peroxide and 1 x 20 mins of 44% carbamide peroxide. • Ideal for maintaining or lightly refreshing your results. • Teeth naturally settle into a lighter baseline after whitening. • Regular low-strength top-ups every 3–4 months in the first year help reinforce colour. • Results tend to last longer and require less effort over time.

Best suited for a visible refresh and improvement in colour • Controlled, mid-strength professional whitening balancing effectiveness and comfort • 2 rounds of 16% hydrogen peroxide and 1 round of 44% carbamide peroxide • Moderate shade improvement • Ideal as a six-month refresh following previous whitening • Suitable for controlled refinement after Signature full strength whitening • Teeth that are already quite white and need minimal adjustment to reach the optimal shade.
